But when they cross the line, there’s no going back. Finn is playing with fire.

My review
Finn and Molly have known each other for several years. Finn and Will, Molly’s brother, are not only best friends, but they also play in the same hockey team. And the moment a new member enters the team, the most important rule is being made clear: everybody, no exceptions allowed, stays away from Molly.
It could have been an easy rule, however Finn has fallen in love with Molly the first time he saw her. Fighting his attractions for years, having several one-night stands, did not change his feelings anyway. And seeing how Molly is growing more and more the woman of his dreams, how long can he keep up the pretence that he only sees Molly as a friend and nothing more?
Dear Las, I am asking pretty please, sitting on my knees, stop writing amazing hockey romances, with characters I cannot not love! They cause me lack of sleep, wishing for my own hockey player (thus, mission impossible as Belgium is not known for hot hockey players…) and stories that just grip my heart.
I thought that being the third part of a series, it wouldn’t be as amazing, wonderful, sexy as the previous ones, but I was WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!
And maybe Finn and Molly are my favourite hockey couple? (like I said with the previous hockey couples… so maybe all three the couples are my favourite ones, do I really have to choose?)
However, Finn’s and Molly’s story… wow, just wow… do I really have to write more?
What made me totally and irrevocably fall in love with Finn was not only his sad history, but also his protectiveness towards his own chosen family. He is so altruistic, he wants Molly to find her happiness, even if that happiness is not with him. And he stands by her side when needed.
But he also accepts Molly just the way she is. So what that she is bisexual, or that she has a very active libido? Who is he to judge?
But the person who dares to hurt Molly, well, I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes as Finn will show what happens when Molly cries over someone!
Despite his feelings for Molly, he is also afraid to lose his best friend Will if he takes his chance with Molly. Will has let him in his family, accepted him as a brother and Finn knows that Will will see it as the ultimate, unforgivable betrayal.
However, sometimes, hurting someone is worthy of the risk…
And Molly… FINALLY a female badass main character! she won’t let ANYONE dictate her, she does as she pleases, and if someone is willing, male or female, a night full of fun is surely on!
But there is so much more to Molly. She understands Finn more than anyone else, knows how to be there when he needs comfort.
If you really need more reasons to read this book, I can say there are many hot moments (even in a closet), book is full of sexual innuendos, confetti cannons and for that little extra, there is even a cameo of llama!
I for sure loved every bit of this book, another great accomplishment of an author I started to adore! She has this amazing ability to write about awesome characters, no taboo is too difficult to write about, everything is out there. Not only is there a scare for Molly, but for Finn the past that make a reappearance and doubts about what the right thing to do is, as whatever he does, will affect him some way or another.
And of course, that forbidden love, too great to resist anymore! Sparks surely fly around!
I think that the maximum of 5 stars is truly underrated for this author, as she deserves so much more! She now holds the unique crown of badass awesome author!
